Kitty Hall - Chief Executive
Kitty Hall, Chief Executive and co-founder of ARKeX, has a background in gravity geophysics. She led the spin-out of ARKeX from its founding companies ARK Geophysics (where she was MD) and Oxford Instruments. She has more than 25 years experience in management, sales and business development in airborne and marine geophysics. She is a geologist by training and holds an MSc in Stratigraphy.
John Siegfried - Chief Operating Officer
John joins ARKeX with over 25 years of industry experience. He has worked in all aspects of operations from Party Chief on field crews for Western Geophysical, to Global Operations Manager for Western/Baker Hughes. Most recently, as Global Operations Support Manager for WesternGeco/Schlumberger, John guided the product development centres in Norway, delivering reliable and tested new technology to marine field crews.
Stuart Gibson - Chief Financial Officer
Stuart is a highly knowledgeable CFO with experience of several early stage, VC backed technology companies and was directly involved in a high value trade sale of his previous company to a large Japanese biopharmaceutical company. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PriceWaterhouseCoopers.
Dr John Lumley - Chief Technology Officer
Dr John Lumley, co-founder of ARKeX, is the chief designer of the EGG technology which he developed while Director of Technology of Oxford Instruments Superconductivity. He is a world expert on low-noise, low-temperature instrumentation. He has more than 25 years experience in leading scientific and engineering teams.
Dr Mark Davies - Chief Scientist
Mark is a geoscientist with worldwide experience in the interpretation of geophysical data. He has previously worked for ARK Geophysics, the Hawaiian Institute Geophysics and Planetology and acted as a consultant for a wide range of oil, gas and mining companies, advising them on their geophysical exploration challenges. His particular expertise is in the application of potential field data to exploration. Mark has also written and presented a series of television and radio programmes in the US and UK on geoscience topics. He has a PhD and a DEA in Applied Geophysics.
