ARKeX flies airborne geophysical surveys for oil, gas and mineral exploration worldwide. We build instruments, conduct surveys, process and interpret the data. We are a young company with good funding and an ambitious business plan. We are looking for candidates who will thrive in a demanding environment where their personal contribution will be critical to the team's success. We currently have three offices in Cambridge (UK), Sherington (UK) and Houston(USA). In additon we have a number of staff that work in the field all over the world.

Processing Geophysicist

Job Overview:

ARKeX seeks a Processing Geophysicist to work within the Processing Team to process conventional gravity and magnetic data and gravity gradiometry data.

Applicants are invited with processing experience of gravity, magnetic, gradiometry and/or marine seismic data. Full training will be provided in the Company's processing techniques and software. Experience in Geosoft's Oasis Montaj software would be highly advantageous.

Location:

Cambridge office, with international travel to conferences and clients' offices.

Multi-Client Sales Manager, The Americas

Interpretation Geophysicist/Geoscientist

Job Overview:

ARKeX seeks an Interpretation Geophysicist/Geoscientist to work in the Cambridge Office. With some experience in the interpretation of exploration data (eg seismic, EM, well, gravity and magnetic data) you will be working within an experienced service team, integrating an array of exploration data to produce geological models that will be used for prospect evaluation by clients.

The methodology used helps explorationists gain a complete picture and a better understanding of the subsurface geology, through a multi-disciplinary and integrated approach, demonstrating that significant geological information can be gleaned from gravity and magnetic data in both frontier and mature exploration areas. Training in gravity and magnetic interpretation will be provided as required.

New Ventures Geologist

Job Overview:

ARKeX seeks a Geologist to work within the New Ventures Team to assist in the identification of suitable basins for the application of Gravity Gradiometry. You will be required to work up feasibility models and research geology for identified project areas and liaise with potential clients on application of Gravity Gradiometry to exploration problems.

Working with the New Ventures Sales Team you will also help to promote the Multi-Client surveys and where applicable publish and present on data results at conferences and help establish ARKeX as the leading non-seismic Multi-Client Company.

Senior Sales Account Manager

Job Overview:

ARKeX seeks a Senior Sales Account Manager to work within the expanding EAME Sales Team, based at our Cambridge office. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting ARKeX’s gravity gradiometry acquisition, processing and interpretation services to the worldwide exploration industry.

Coming from an airborne geophysics background as well as having previous experience in sales/business development you will contribute to the securing an expanding customer base for ARKeX’s products and services.

Senior Interpretation Geoscientist

Job Overview:

ARKeX seeks an experienced Senior Interpretation Geoscientist with the ability to integrate well, seismic, gravity gradiometry and gravity and magnetic data sets to deliver complete geological solutions to our clients. You will quickly gain exposure to a range of challenges, leading geophysical technologies and established integrated practices.

Reporting to the VP Geological Services you will be supported and mentored to further develop your technical and project management consultancy skills.
