FTG Processing
Regardless of whether ARKeX has aquired your Full Tensor Gravity Gradiometry (FTG) data or not, we can process or re-process to ARKeX's exacting standards.
FTG Processing Workflow
The following processing sequence is typically applied to the FTG data.
- Format conversion
- Post mission Compensation
- Drift correction
- Observation surface regularisation using Equivalent Source techniques
- Grid creation
- Residual acquisition footprint removal
- Single density terrain model removal
- Deliverable product generation
- Profile data (columnar xyg ASCII), Grid data (Geosoft or ArcView format), Geotiff raster images
Processing Deliverables
All deliverables shall be provided in electronic form and include the following:
Line Data
- Raw FTG Data (EAR99 compliant)
- Gravity and Gravity gradient tensors (gz, Gzz, Gxx, Gyy, Gxy, Gxz, Gyz)
- Single density terrain-corrected Gravity and Gravity gradient tensors (gz, Gzz, Gxx, Gyy, Gxy, Gxz, Gyz)
Grid Data
- Gravity and Gravity gradient tensors (gz, Gzz, Gxx, Gyy, Gxy, Gxz, Gyz)
- Single density terrain-corrected(note 2) Gravity and Gravity gradient tensors (gz, Gzz, Gxx, Gyy, Gxy, Gxz, Gyz)
Digital Map Data
- Gravity and Gravity gradient tensors subset (gz, Gzz, Gxz, Gyz)
- Single density terrain corrected Gravity and Gravity gradient tensors subset (gz, Gzz, Gxz, Gyz)
Reports
- Acquisition report (if applicable)
- Processing report
