ARKeX Strengthens Board

ARKeX, a provider of geophysical imaging technology, has strengthened its board of non-executive directors and its management team with the appointment of Jim Sledzik to its board and Stuart Gibson as Chief Financial Officer.

Sledzik brings 18 years of experience in the oil and gas industry from Schlumberger/WesternGeco. He was the former Global Marketing and New Technology Director and also Vice President of Multi-Client Services at WesternGeco. His direct experience within the geophysical exploration industry will be a valuable addition to the ARKeX board.

"I'm thrilled to be involved with ARKeX", said Sledzik. "They have a great service in BlueQube^TM that's set to become an essential part of many future exploration projects. With a good team and good backing, I am looking forward to getting involved."

As the new ARKeX CFO, Gibson has valuable experience in several early-stage technology companies and was directly involved in a high-value trade sale of his previous company.
